LABOR – UNION TRAINING

  • Tranining workshops for bosses, supervisors and key workers within the company, in order to sensitize them in the importance of fair treatment in our current global economy, as well as the importance of the concearn and timely performance relating the personnels working conditions, services and facilities; as a medium for an organization focused in productivity.
  • Training workshops for union committees, union delegates and members of the different union commissions, in order to sensitize them to the challenges of an organization that exists in a global economy, as well as the best way to deal with such chanllenges.

SURVEYS AND LABOR STUDIES

  • Quantify labor quality of the organisation trough Satisfaction with the Organization surveys, (cal-sat), identifying present or potential risks, and recommending plans of action to counteract and minimize the threat.
